We find the potatoes with the softest pulp. We carve them on the longest side and we flavour the pulp with extra virgin olive oil and salt. Then, we let our imagination run free. We can stuff our potatoes with every kind of delicacy: cheese, fondue, vegetables, meat, sausages, fish, sauces, but also our homemade regional recipes.
