INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CANDIDATES

  1. WHO PROCESSES MY DATA?

The Data Controller of your personal data is Poormanger S.r.l., with registered office in Reggio Emilia, via A.B. Nobel 19. You may contact the Holder:

The Controller will process your data contained in the

  • curriculum vitae.
  1. FOR WHAT PURPOSES ARE MY DATA PROCESSED AND WHY IS THE PROCESSING LEGITIMATE?

Your data are processed to assess your suitability for the job position for which you are applying.

The processing of your data is legitimate because it is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

  1. TO WHOM ARE MY DATA DISCLOSED?

Your data are processed exclusively:

  • From recruitment managers

You may request the full list of recipients of your personal data by writing to privacy@cirfood.com…

In any case, your personal data will not be disseminated.

  1. IS MY DATA TRANSFERRED OUT OF THE EUROPEAN UNION?

Your data is not transferred outside the European Union.

  1. HOW LONG IS MY DATA KEPT?

The Data Controller will retain your personal data for a period of time no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processing them. Specifically, your data will be retained for up to a maximum of 5 years and, in the case of recruitment/establishment of employment, for 10 years after termination of employment.

At the end of this period, the Data Controller will irreversibly erase the data – by methods of destruction or secure erasure – or store them in an anonymous form that does not allow, even indirectly, your identification.

  1. WILL I BE SUBJECTED TO PROFILING?

Under no circumstances will your data be used to obtain information regarding your preferences or behavior, nor will you be subjected to any decision based solely on automated processing of your personal data.

  1. WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?

You have the following rights:

  • Right of access to data: the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and if so, to obtain access to your personal data – and a copy thereof – and to receive information regarding the processing;
  • Right to rectification of data: right to obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay and the supplementation of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement.
  • Right to data deletion: right to obtain from the data controller the deletion of personal data concerning you without undue delay if one of the following grounds exists:
  • personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • personal data have been unlawfully processed;
  • personal data must be deleted to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.
  • Right to limitation of processing: right to obtain from the Data Controller the limitation of processing when one of the following occurs:
  • You challenge the accuracy of personal data, for the period necessary for the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data;
  • processing is unlawful and you object to the deletion of personal data and instead request that their use be restricted;
  • although the Data Controller no longer needs it for processing purposes, the personal data is necessary for you to establish, exercise or defend a right in court;
  • You have objected to the processing pending verification as to whether the data controller’s legitimate grounds prevail over yours.
  • Right to data portability: The right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data concerning you provided to the Data Controller and to transmit such data to another data controller where the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means.
  • Right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you in a similar way.

You may exercise your rights by sending a request to the Holder’s e-mail address privacy@cirfood.com.. The Holder will respond to you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than 30 days after your request.

  1. HOW CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT?

Should you wish to file a complaint regarding the manner in which your personal data are processed by the Controller or regarding the handling of a complaint you have filed, you have the right to file a complaint directly with the Supervisory Authority in the manner set forth in the www.garanteprivacy.it.
