We use fresh and highly selected products in our recipes, creating the best pairings to enhance each ingredient.

Every three months we update our menu with seasonal offerings. A triumph of tastes and colors for every time of year.
Some recipes will keep you company all year round, such as the legendary  Carbonara or Stracchino, mixed vegetables and sun-dried tomatoes – Poormanger’s timeless and must-have classics.

Others will be loved one season and then leave, only to return better than before.
